About

Our mission

Dotation.org redistributes your donations to innovative early-stage projects — medical, environmental, scientific — that haven’t yet found their place with traditional funders.

Our approach is that of the high-performance non-profit: we apply the rigor an investor uses for portfolio holdings to philanthropic projects — demanding selection, operational follow-up, impact transparency.

Why early-stage

[TO COMPLETE BY PHILIPPE — elements to include:]

  • The gap between fundamental research (state-funded) and venture capital (mature startups)
  • “Deeptech” early-stage projects that are too early for the market and too applied for grants
  • The amplified impact of well-timed support

Our model

[TO COMPLETE BY PHILIPPE — elements to include:]

  • How we select projects (criteria, process)
  • How we measure impact (annual report, transparency)
  • How donations are allocated (% to the project vs. operational overhead)

The team

[TO COMPLETE BY PHILIPPE — typically:]

  • Philippe Nussbaumer — Founder, Écloseur SAS
  • [Other team members or collaborators]

Our story

Dotation.org is operated by Écloseur SAS, a French company whose mission is to identify and support innovations with strong impact potential at the early stage.
